Refund policy

We appreciate that shopping online for specialist footwear can be difficult so we offer a simple 28-day returns policy.

Unfortunately, we can only accept returns for unworn items, so please ensure you try the shoes on carpet to avoid marking the soles.

Please send any unwanted items to the following address with a copy of the invoice sent with the order.

If returning from outside the UK, please ensure you mark the parcel 'Returning to Seller' to avoid any issue with customs.

Once we receive your return we will refund to the card originally used for purchase. If you require a different size then please note this on the paperwork included with the parcel and we can send out the new size.

Please note that we do charge outbound postage on exchanges and this would be automatically debited from the original card used for purchase. If you would prefer to use another card for the outbound postage then please write this on the paperwork and we will call you for further instructions.
